Having a Canadian citizen daughter does not give you any advantages. Once she becomes an adult, she will be able to sponsor you. However until then, you will have to qualify for Canadian PR on your own.

Yes, your Canadian born daughter would need a legal guardian for her to go to school.

Me and my family got deported after the refugee status denied, and they also put my daughter on the deportation list along with my wife and my son.She has a Canadian birth certificate and a Canadian passport.
So I like just want to know if there is a legal way to go back and settle down in Canada?

Anonymous 233.201.58 your upsetting me this morning.

****Why do you always ask silly questions that you already know the answer to?

"How did your Canadian born daughter get removed from Canada"?

You know it is take your child with you or leave it behind (CBSA Officer) our job is to remove you, Mom!

CBSA always requests photos & passports for all dependents.

****Then Anonymous 233.201.58 you go on to answer a question with no detailed answer just by posting a link. WHY?

Gabor Katona your daughter has a right to free state funded education but you will need to arrange someone as a guardian to take care of her while not at school. She also has a right to free health care services.

Depending on your or your partners education and occupational history you may be eligble to return to Canada if you have sufficent points. Your language skills need to be far better. You will need to apply for authorization to return when and if you ever submit an application. Your daughter does not have to ask for permission.

Wishing you the opportunity to make a better life for you and your daughter.

My mom is Canadian Citizen. She moved back to our country for a couple years. She´s 79...Now she decided to go back to canada and will stay for good. Before she left Canada she never got a chance to apply for old pension. She lives in Canada for 9 years. My question was can she applied for old pension? Thank you!
