| Subject: change application from inside to outside canada |

Hi. I submitted a sponsorship application from inside Canada. From current updates, it would seem it would be faster if i submit the application from outside Canada.
I have not yet received any news and application status is not yet available on-line. Will it therefore be possible to submit a new application from outside Canada? What should I do with the submitted application from inside Canada?

Have the applicant send a letter to witdraw her/his application to Vegreville CPC.
Complete an outside of Canada application and submit it to Mississauaga CPC.
Make sure your addresses and information compare with the previous application.

Just a clarification...
Do I have to wait for Vegreville CPC´s response to my letter to withdrawal application? Or once I´ve sent the letter, I can already submit an application outside Canada?

hi...my application for permanent residence applied inside canada and unfortunately i was refuse because of i´am not living with my sponsor...now my sponsor wants to apply outside canada...is it possible that we can apply outside canada even i´am here (principal applicant)legally working...do we really need to live together which i´am holding a work permit in alberta and my sponsor works in BC...even the appliction is outside canada...thank u...needs some help...Jun

Hi Jun. When did you submitted your application and when did you got the reply? From what I read, you can apply outside Canada but you just have to be ready to go home in case you will be asked for interview. What is good right now though is that processing of applications from outside Canada are very much faster than processing of applications within Canada.
