Is it necessary to fill out the address of contact person in canada in the medical form.I forgot to fill it.Will it cause a delay in my app processing.
If they really need it...will they get back to me.Bcoz i know they need the address at the time of landing.

If I remmember - all details on medical forms come pre-filled out by CIC and rest is to be filled out by the clinic.
