Is there any financial assistance for a failed refugee who agrees to go back to homeland ? What kind of assistance is it; cashor in-kind payment ? Please explain.

Search for online dictionary and look up the word "voluntary".
Done of one´s own accord.

Ask the CBSA to get you home; tell them you would love to leave on your own but ain´t gots no money! It will work, trust me.
