| Subject: help please |
today i looked CIC page its shows withdrawn but under that status they wrote. Decision has been made on this application. The office will contact on concerning on this decision...please let me know why its shows withdrawn? not directly Decision made...thank you all

and i asked the embassy about it...and i got this answer. ´This is in response to your recent E-Mail enquiry.
Damascus office has to close their file in order to be able to transfer it to our office for processing hence the decision "withdrawn" was given.´´ but seems like they will start to process from the begining
