Dear Sir
I ve all documents (appointment letter, salary slip,offer letter and experience letter from my past employer ) on company letter pad , but could nt able to provide letter of refernces from current and past one.Bcoz past employee take lot of time and current ...i joined recently and they ll think i am looking for job change.
I got approval from province of canada under family stream ... Can i submit all above documents i ve with me inplace of letter of references,,,

Hi, reference letter is very important in the immigration process because it is a third party confirmation to CIC. However if u cannot get it, u need to write a letter to ur visa office explaining why u r unable to get it . This letter of explanation must be sent along with ur documents and application.
