Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 25, 2011.
What this means at what stage is my Application and what they do after this i have been waiting and still there is no reply. They have not asked me for any Additional docs.

It means that New Delhi has a file, which file or application is unknown because you did not post that.
Let us say it is a spousal application. Some of your information can be regarding the sponsor and some regarding the applicant both from their individual E-CAS your posting.
If you posted it like this, in this sequence it seems to make sense.
We received your application for permanent residence on January 18, 2010.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 25, 2011.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 3, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on March 10, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.
That would mean the sponsor was approved and the sponsor SHOULD have received a letter informing him/her was approved.
Now if this information is from the spousal applicant,... Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 25, 2011.
It means just that!
Now which Visa Post? Is that a long time? How long will I have to wait? Have my medicals been received? Will they call me for an interview? What will be next?
BUT.........
If you or someone submitted a spousal application on your behalf on January 18th 2010 and you still have no written confirmation their is something seriously wrong.

When you ask a question give better information so others can clearly understand which type of application your referring to so that they can respond knowledgeably.

This is the Sequence which i have copied from the CHC Site seeing my Online Status. My Online Status Shows this. I just wanted to know that what they mean by your application was Reviewed does it mean they have done all the verifications regarding my Work Exp., Educational Qualifications Etc. or They will do it now

@ Roy,
I know what you mean when you are asking Siddy to post in the correct sequence, but I have seen this discrepancies while checking online status update and CIC when posting it is not posting in the correct sequence. But as you were able to understand, I think almost everyone who applies for PR would be able to understand the correct sequence.
It looks like as a FSW category to me . I may be wrong. If it is FSW and any docuemnts might be needed, NEW DELHI visa office will contact you (Siddy).

She/He posts the same thing twice and you think she/he means a FSW application yet Siddy did not state again.
Regardless BOTH posts are not clear.
So now Siddy when you review the instructions on your Ikea furniture the first thing you need to do is count all the pieces to see if any are missing.
That is what CIC is doing. So focus on what you submitted regardless of the type of application.
Either way your on hold until they finish reviewing.
