| Subject: i really need some help |

I am pakistani citizen and 24 years old young lady, i love a guy who live in guelph we both met on internet and we both are muslim.we both fall in love with each other and wanna to get married now. he is canadian citizen but he don´t wanna to come here in pakistan becouse of the security lack in my country, he said it is possible that i come there in canada and meet with him then get married so this process will take less time other than he come there in pakistan and get maried... now i do not know what is the better way, can anybody please tell me that what is the better process and if he come there than how much time will it take for me to come there.
It does not mean that i don´t trust on him i really love him and trust on him but i want to know the other ways which can not take our more time couse we want to be together very soon.

This was answered before.
There is no free lunch here. There is no hope in hell that you will get a visitor´s visa to come to Canada and marry this young man. Don´t bother, it is going to be a waste of time and money.
He is going to have to go to your home country, get married and come back to Canada to sponsor you as his spouse and once approved you can move to Canada to with him.
That is it, no other way around it.

i was scheduled for my refugee hearing in a months time,but things are not looking good.is it possible to drop my claim or its too late ?

never drop your case. otherwise they will never trust you in any future case. go for hearing, what will happen, your case will be denied, you can apeal, file h & C etc.

Y did you make the claim in the first place?
Go through the process but never withdraw one action to dream of winning another like a marriage or an H&C. You can file a H&C application while your waiting for your refugee hearing and if approved stage one don´t withdraw as well. Things can go wrong and in the manuals it clearly states no one should be counselled to withdraw one for another application.
Now for Anonymous 206.15.224 advice.
"YOU CAN APPEAL" wrong!
You can file an application with the Federal court for LEAVE to appeal. Or otherwise you can submit your resume to be considered for a job.
You would have to prove that the IRB Member erred in Law. Then the Federal court might allow an appeal. But submitting garbage gets garbage back.
Simultaneous H&C applications can be submitted while anyone is going through the refugee process.

Sana,
Yes due to you country of origin you need a visa to enter or transist Canada.

Sana, something is very wrong with this. You say you can´t leave him - TRUST ME, you can and you probably should. Yes, you will be sad for a while but your life will be worse if you do not read all the signs he is giving you.
The information he is giving you is not correct. The correct information is right on the Canada immigration website (www.cic.gc.ca) There is no excuse for him to get it wrong. Is there a dowry involved in this story? If so, RUN - he is using you to get money.

yeah you r right. but one think that i must write here is that he can´t cheat me i know. And i know after your suggestions now he should come here for me if he really love me.
