Hassan Al-Awaid is charged and not convicted of some very serious crimes.

He was a CSIC member, but is no longer a member because -

criteria not met.

Which criteria?????

A spokesperson for the Society would not elaborate and is quoted in the Nova Scotia Chronicle Harold article. The article said the CSIC spokesperson would not elaborate.

I would like you to comment on this issue of (criteria not met).

Also I´m a strong believer of innocent until proven guilty. Hopefully anyone who obtained status illegally will be prosecuted with the same vigor the authorities seem to be dealing with Mr. Al-Awaid. Fair is fair!

Again this morning after e-mailing a client informing him in great detail that the Law does not allow him to be approved for a study permit if he will not be attending classes and only conducting research he took the word of his brother and headed for an advocate in Montreal.

When you hire shady people and want them to do things that are against the Law, understand that one day the Law maybe knocking at your door.

Always check for their ethical attitude and get references, plenty of references.
