  hello there,
my problem is i was applied pr residince last 2009 and its almost 5 years now idont have yet my pr.its already in etobiko ontario,and they asked more requirements from me since i got married here in canada and he is american citizen they just give me a hard time..and i dicided i withdrawn my sponsorship of my husband since its take so long.so i continue only my application but they told me they gonna refuse my application if im going to withdraw my husband ?please help me..i really need it badly..thanks

She got married and sponsored her husband during her PR application.

You got married in Canada to a US citizen so what is your status in Canada and is that where you are?

I can only assume you submitted a FSW type of application with too few points without your spouse being counted.

*****I also believe that you submitted the incorrect application because why would Etobicoke CIC have your application if your not already landed??????

Here is yet another post that requires more details. You need professional help to resolve this mess if my interpretation is correct.

hi i am open permit right now i renew every year waiting the result of my application for pr.yes i arrived in canada year 2006.but i submitted my application jan 2009 as a single then got married may 2009 then i called the cic to change my status as a married then sponsored my husband.so i do not know what im gonna do..so ask some advise from you guys..i really want to hire a lawyer but i started it already just by myself so if i gonna hire a lawyer they will go back from beginning then i gonna wait longer...please help.thanks

You did not submit under CEC class probably. You submitted a FSW Pre-Ministerial Instructions.

Scrap your first application and start all over.
