Hi My wife is going to sponser me from the Us. We have been married over a year now. I have been going back and forth between the USA and Canada. The last time I have been in the us was Aug of 2010. I have a miling address in the Us (my brothers) and still am on call with my employer. I want to file outbound but my wife feels that we can´t becaues of the time I have been in Canada. Help whose right if there is a right answer??

(in reply to: When are you considered living in Canada) Outland sponsorship is the best, fastest and safest way to proceed- regardless of how much time you are spending in Canada.
be warned, as soon as a sponsorship application is filed, it may be more tricky to cross the border. Even if you are in Canada most of the time - file outland.
