Myself and my husband are going to apply for me to sponser my husband and children to live in canada, as I´m a canadian citizen. I think the only problem will be whether my husband passes his medical examination. He has a syndrome call carcinoid syndrome (benine tumours in his liver), this requires an injection once a month. Will this stop him passing. He can still work and it doesn´t affect him or how he works.
Had anyone had anything similar, and still passed.

(in reply to: Medical problem, Husband) How much does it cost his medical bills per month?
If it´s over $ 4,806, the visa officer may declare a person inadmissible since it may cause excessive demand on social services in Canada.

(in reply to: Medical problem, Husband) Because we live in scotland we don´t have to pay anything. But I looked up the price of his inection and in scotland its £850. But I did read up that injections are cheaper in canada. He doesn´t need a doctor to do it, as I could.

(in reply to: Medical problem, Husband) Take a test medical at a designated immigration medical practitioner in your area in order to seek a doctor´s opinion on his chance to move to Canada.
