I have been looking at various sites and I noticed in 2005 there was some ruling that if a disabled person wishes to emigrate they must proove that they are financially able to look atfer themselves Is this true or are they rejected straight away ? Does anyone have any info ? I would be most grateful. My husband has a muscular problem and needs a ventilator at night. He does not have any meds so there is no cost there, all he needs is a check up 2 x a year.
