Hi,
I am on work permit and staying in Montreal, Quebec for the past 1.5 years and is valid for another six months. My wife is staying with me and she is with a visitor visa. Both have B.Pharmacy back ground. We are Indians. I want to settle in Ontario or Alberta, but not in Quebec. Therefore, I want to apply for federal skilled worker keeping Montreal Address. Are there any problems that CIC may ask to get CSQ, as I am in Quebec right now. I am not at all interested to settle in Quebec. Does police clearance required to be submitted along with application? Please help in this regard. I am desparately get rid of these problems.
Thanks and regards,
Venkat

(in reply to: Applying for PR with address in Montreal) Federal skilled worker and CSQ are different immigration streams, aren´t they? Federal and provincial?
If not interested in the Quebec nomination, apply FSW.
