Hi,
I am applying for Federal skilled worker PR. Is it necessary to attach police clearance certificate alon eith appliation or can we submit later. I am in Quebec for the past 15 months, where should I get police clearance. It is from India or in Canada?

I applied for skilled worker they asked me since birth where ever I stayed more than 6 months, i have to submit clearance from each palace.
