| Subject: New passport details |

Hi Guys,
I am an international student in USA on student visa and I applied for immigration at the Buffalo Consulate in June 2004. Since then my passport has expired and I have got a new passport. I understand that I need to update the details of my passport in my application file at the consulate.
My question is how do I go about doing this. Do I need to send a new ?Application for Permanent Residence in Canada? form because this application has in point 18 passport details and because of my new passport those details have changed? Please advice.

You may send them cover-to-cover copy of your new passport and a letter sayng that you have a new passport. I did like that and it worked ,I have my visa to canada now
