| Subject: Requirement for single status application |

Good day. What would the immigration required for applying permanent residency in Canada for single status. I´m single but i have 2 children.
But before i came in nova Scotia I include my common law partner in my application filled as temporary worker.Is it required to put her in my application for my permanent resident? If i don´t include her would it be problem or not?

Common law is a civil status in Canada. Not doing so, it is called misrepresentation and if an officer writes a report against you based on misrepresentation, likely CIC will come after your status.
So, do it right.
As for your first question. You have provided very little information to properly answer it.
