CIC has an account with National Bank of Canada based in Montreal for immigration fees.

not sure abt doing payment on-line, are you guys for Permanent Residency as well? You may want to try asking NBC as per Anonymous reply. Anyway, ours is a bit different. We declared our Credit Card info on the form, submitted all our papers and 7 days after CIO´s receipt, they ran a little bit more than what we expected $1131.81, where it shld have been 1100.00 only(550x2). For some reason, we can´t seem to figure out why we were charged more than 1.1. Our bank says they have nothing to do with charge made against out acct. If we happened to buy Money Order at exactly 1100, would we be penalized simply bec there´s no buffer funds anymore? Can anyone pls tell us what could possibly be the other charges? It´s mind-boggling though.... thank you in advance ;-)
