Hi,
If someone applied under H & C with risk and also filed PRRA and the both are at the same office in one of the CIC GTA office.
How he or she will receive the results of H & C application and PRRA? By mail or a visit to CIC/CBSA office?

Where did you receive your PRRA application?
If it was at the GTEC, you will receive a letter to receive your decision on those applications.

Yes. I received it from GTEC and now the both are in Toronto Office.

An PRRA officer at the local immigration office is now processing your applications.
You will get your decision at GTEC by a letter stating that
"This is to advise you that a decision has been rendered with respect to your application to the Minister for protection."

I received a letter and it says the "This is to advise you that a decision has been rendered with respect to your application to the Minister for protection" What would be the results, I have a son born in Canada, and he is a speacial need. I claim refuge in 2005. Please help!

i think they call u in gtec office to give you the result!
PRRA is 99.9999% is negative.
did u file h & c?

I am from Mexico and my refugee claim got refuse and now i got this letter saying "In order to update your file, it is necessary that you report for an interview to the CBSA office, they pretty much ask me for all my important papers including my passport (wich they have), even 4 photos. In the second page says that i may be eligible for a PRRA, Whats gonna happen at this intereview? Please help

MY GIRLFRIEND & HER 110%%% HOMOSEXUAL SON APPLIED FOR REFUGEE STATUS BUT GOT DENIED EVEN THOUGH HE HAS UNDENIABLE EVIDENCE OF IT.THEY FILED TO THE FEDERAL COURT AND WAITING FOR AN ANSWER, BUT JUST LAST WEEK RECEIVED A LETTER FROM CBSA. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW.THEY ARE AFRAID OF GOING BACK BECAUSE OF HIS CONDITION AND MY GIRLFRIEND IS ALL HIS GOT.THIS IS NOT THE HUMANATARIAN CANADA I USED TO KNOW.MY COUNTRY STOOD FOR PERTAINING TO THE SAVING OF HUMAN LIVES AND THE ALLEVIATION OF SUFFERIIING.
