Subject: H & C with risk approved???? |
Any idea that someone got approve of H & C with risk application?
I tried to find on this website but could not find anyone.
It looks like its hard to get approved if risks are included in H & C application!

(in reply to: H & C with risk approved????) The code for H&C with risk factors is HC1 PZR
If an PRRA officer allows an H&C application with risk factors, the applicants are granted "Protected person" status. One benefit is that the OHIP´s three month waiting period is waived.

(in reply to: H & C with risk approved????) My lawyer told me that after sending the requested updates to CIC, it takes about 6-weeks to get the decision. I my case, its more that 10 weeks now, but as I already waited for over 12 years, I can wait some more to get decision! Hopefully positive one!!!! Amen!

H & C with risk approved???? (in reply to: H & C with risk approved????) Hi Patel, The 6 weeks that your lawyer told you about are the minimum...it can go up to 6 months but generally when they ask you to update your file, it means a positive outcome ( 1st stage approval ).
After that stage, you may have to wait again for the PR´s approval stage.
The 2nd stage can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 15 months...
Good Luck !
