Subject: refugee protected person
  My question is I´ve moved to canada with my family almost 5 years ago as a refugee clamaint and I´ve applied for PR done my fingerprint and now waiting I love canada and I want to become a canadian citizen after I get my PR and everything to become canadian or to apply to need to be living in canada for atleast 3 years as a permanent resident, every other before becoming permanent resident counts as half a day I´ve came to canada august 07 and now its march 11 will I be quality to apply for canadian citizenship right away after everything or will I have to wait another 3 years.

During the landing interview, the officer will point out to you which year you will be eligible for applying citizenship.

If you remained in Canada ever since you came to Canada, you need to stay in Canada for the next two years until you´re eligible.

Two years after you are landed as a PR.

But shouldn´t everyday I spend in canada legally counts as half a day until now?

You still have to do the two years. that is the earliest.
