Kindly guide me,what normally is practice among students in such case ? do i need to have revised approval letter or its fine if I can travel with mentioned documents.

Send an email to CIC in your country or wait for Roy´s opinion.
I think if you come here without updating the study permit, CBSA can give you hard time!

Actually I did send 2 emails and one fax,in past 2 months, but haven´t received any sort of reply.Having said that, in 2010_December i did received email reply from embassy see below:
("Dear Client:
In reply to your mail (see below) please be informed that applicant can go to Canada on current valid visa and provide new acceptance letter at Point of Entry.
Regards,
Immigration Section ")

So just kindly guide me in knowledge of your any sort of previous cases, because I have consulted consular s here all empty with this sort of case and through my internal sources some staff members in embassy say´s its not a big deal it depends on luck if you got nice immigrant officer at point of entrance, as what you saying. My concern is whats the use of going through all that process thingy , fee and tension, if at the end of day i have to fly on risk...and face every possibility of ambiguity.Any similar situation in your files ???

Best regards

then just get on the plane and come over here. Don´t forget to bring the copy of email, just in-case CBSA may ask you!

I would have ,but its not that simple as what it sounds.when i emailed to embassy I never mentioned my name and passport number and did email generally from another ID of mine which is not in there knowledge.Just to have an idea what next procedures I have to take if require. As since that time when i emailed in reply to immigration officer last month if he can clearly mention to me that I also don´t need to have revised approval letter, since then no one has answer me back, if its that simple then whats taking them so hard to reply ,that´s what bother me .I don´t want to be deported or make my file with outlaw records.Kindly inform me what could possibly happen if immigrant officer object on my old approval letter ?What should I be saying on my defence ?will they usually deport or just investigate and then let go ?looking for your reply .

Regards
