If some has become PR and already landed in Canada and started to living there permanently, Could the Debt of creditcards/personal loans back in home country may effect in any way to his/her PR in Canada?
1- If in case credit companies opens Law suits, could that law-suits in home country effect the PR in Canada?
2- Is there a list of countries which might have connection with Canada to recover/look after people with debts?
3- What could be the highest action against a person, could this reason of PR removal or Deport etc?

I once knew a person who ran up thousands in debt and jumped on a plane to another country.
If you defrauded companies will they claim you violated the Laws of that country such as fraud - regardless, I doubt any company would waste the time trying to extradite someone for Fraud!

credit ratings/history have a bad habit of following people. Please do not choose Canada as a means to escape your bad decisions.

Well another point if you were charged with fraud before actually landing in Canada you would have misrepresented and could have your status taken away.
You feel guilty or at least seem to have concern so why not start making payments to those that you owe.
