Just wondering if anyone would know why CBSA would continue to conduct detention reviews for an individual held in detention for the past 4+ months?
This person will be deported once travel documents are obtain from the home country.....
Are the reviews meant to give the detainee an opportunity to present new evidence as their possible bail / release or ???

The issue is that if they can not remove they can not detain. Unless the person is being detained for identity or a danger to the public.
