do any have any idea how long it will take after visa office has all the document they asked for? it´s being a year since we applied,we applied, our visa office is in Argentina(Bs. As.) is an spouse sponsorship, we are getting frustrated, are all the offices take so long?

Is an outland application and the requested the documents after They have submited our file to buenos aires, fingerprints, second medical and certificate of good conduct from back home, but have not requested passport yet and is being a year. We have our hopes up, thinking thatvthe end is near, but would love to know if we should expect a longer wait..????
