| Subject: mistake done by my visa office |

Dear all,
i send my file to my visa office within 120 days and the gave me my new file no suddenly they told me that cio send me a refund cheque because they thought that i did not send my file within 120 days and now they stopped processing my file unless i send that cheque
now 3 months over and i did not received that cheque i think it is lost how i can solve this mistake which is not mine

How did you send your file, by regular or by courier?

Hi George,
Go to bank or from whereever you had made the cheque payable to CIC, and make a stop payment on that. Then ask the same bank to create one more cheque payable to CIC and send it over.

Dear nisha
the first cheque i made for cio was cashed
and they made a new refund cheque and they want that cheque to cancel it and this cheque is lost
