Hi Everyone !!
I have applied for a U.S visit visa in Toronto and i am a permananet residence from last 2 years. at the time of interview they told me that i have to wait for processing and they didnt tell me the how long do i have to wait and they returned my password and said they will email me when the processing (Background check) willbe complete and then i have to submit the passport. Any one have an experience that how much time do ihave to wait ?

it takes about 1 - 2 months!!!!

pakistan. but it can be sooner aswell or it must take atleast 1 month or so ?

Minimum 1 month. Call them after one month. But sometimes when name matches with the terror watch list, it can take longer. As you are aware most of Pakistanis public´s names matches the American Most wanted list!
