Can any one tell me that When CHC, New Delhi will open to process of file who have apply in 2004, Now 86 months are complete. I heard that CHC have given a file to agency for work. They should delay to process. Is it true ? pl.tell. We are waiting for medical papers. If they are not interesting to give PR for those person, than they should take other decision. Why CHC have hang up all person in middle way.
One things that we all had given application fee paid to CHC that’s why we r waiting.
If any one knew about this rule pl.reply. Now how much time shall we wait ?

Hi S.R.M.
No one can tell you how long will it take.
I know how frustrated you are but if you qualify under new rules then withdraw your old application and file a new one under new rules or you only have to wait until CHC - New Delhi officer comes back to you.
