Intra Company Visa but circumstances have changed

Subject: Intra Company Visa but circumstances have changed

I have an Intra Company work visa but the company I work for is closing. My Husband has an open work visa and still has a job but it isn´t very high on the NOC code list. We want to apply for residency - will this effect our chances? Do I have to apply for change of circumstance? I´m sooooooo confused!

Any help or advice is much appreciated! Thanks in advance
