Hi.
I am a canadian citizen, born in Bangladesh. Last year May 31, 2010 i got married at backhome and came back September 20, 2010 alone to canada. Then gathered all papers and sent application to sponsor my hasband on October 25, 2010. On CAS i found out under Sponsorship Application Status that they got my application on October 26, 2010 and processed it on November 23, 2010." I also got the letter from that about it. Later on on CAS i got the status update under Permanent Residence Application Status that they received my husband´s pplication for permanent residence on December 8, 2010. From then til now i didn´t get any other update.
Some of my friends got there result in less than 6 month. Is there any time frame for for it?

I assume your wife is from Bangladesh as well. If so, then the processing office for her application is Singapore. The published time lines for this office are that 80% of 2010 applications were processed within 18 months.
