Hi All,
I recently got candian PR Visa on 18-Apr-2011. On 10th April, i stepped out of the store without paying the bill from some item in macy´s and they called local police. I was not arrested but was given a slip to attend court on 25 May. Except my name and address no identification details were taken from me. Now i am thinking to complete my landing formality at one of canadian border for PR. Will this effect my PR in canada. Since i am thinking to complete this even before court date, will i be able to succeed with landing formality. Will there be a criminal record on my name even before the court judgement that is accessible by any POE of canada ?
