Hello
i´m an international student studying here in a Canadian university and i want to bring my girlfriend here with me
she was here before on a student visa and she came as visitor last year! But as a visitor she can stay here for only 6 months which is really short time!i´m trying to find a way that she can stay here with me during my study.
i know working holiday could be one option!
some people suggested skilled worker visa but she is English teacher and English is not her first language so she can´t apply for skilled worker visa!
is there any other suggestions? maybe common law partner !
btw we lived together here in canada for 10 months but not in one time! they were 4 months in 2009-2010 and another 6 months in 2010-2011. and we are together for a little over 2 years now.
would that help for applying as a common law?

i saw that a lot of people using pic to prove the relationship, would that help for my situation?
i have thousands of pic here in canada and outside canada that we can use to prove that we are together for long time!

Common Law question - no, it does not represent 1 full year of cohabitation.
she is going to have to come on her own merits and the minute she suggests there is a romance in Canada, they will turn her down because they don´t believe she will go home.

Yes Sharon is right. They reject my visitor visa when I said Iam visiting my girl friend. Even if it is the truth and going to return back to country of origin.
CIC is right about their doubts because many people have cheated and are trying to do that still.
