hi guys,
i just want to know if i am eligibal for canadian citizenship , i ve got sponsord by my ex husband who was canadian citizen and after coming to canada we got separated and he send me divorce papaers but i waited for a year and meanwhile lived separatly, that guys has some mental issues which i coudnt find out at back home, divorce was done , then again i remarry with another guy in canada who was canadian citizen marriage was registerd and now we have a baby girl as well who is canadian citizen too,its been three years all this happen and now im going to apply for my canadian passport so how it will affact my application.

You can´t apply for a Canadian passport until you have Canadian citizenship.
To obtain Canadian citizenship, you must have lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 4 years. If you qualify, you should submit an application.
Obtaining citizenship takes about a year if there are no complications. Once you have citizenship, you can then apply for a passport.

its going to be three years in june to apply for citizenship but i just wanted to know my previous divorce will affect my citizenship process also i hve remarried and having a kid as well. coz at the border they hve stoped me and was asking certain things regarding my ex husband like didnt support you for last three years and was talking about marriage of convenice and stuff... but in real my ex came to airport to receive me and ask me to go to my relatives house mean time we were in touch and then he disappear for two weeks and after sumtime he send me divorce papers in which he mention the dates of separation was that time period when i was in back home till i came to canada but we were in touch thru out and nothing happen which showed he will divorce me after coming to canada... so how it will matter to my future.
