Hi,
I have been nominated as a Provincial Nominee by the province of Alberta (under the US H1-B category) and submitted my application to the Buffalo office in October 2010. It´s been over 6 months now and I still have not received AOR or any infromation from the Buffalo office indicating that thay´ve received my application. I´ve tried emailing and calling, but no luck. Anyone in the same situation? Can anyone tell me how long it normally takes to get a receipt from the Buffalo office.

Provincial Nominee Under an H1B US Visa?
That program has been put on hold since August 2010. I am surprised that you haven´t received your application back.
