My wife´s application was recieved in Pakistan in October 2010.In january 2011 her on line status showed that they have recieved her medical. Since then nothing has happpened how long do you think it will take ?

You probably still have a long wait ahead of you.
The time lines posted for the Islamabad office are that 80% of applications last year were completed within 21 months.
