Subject: ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PPLLLLLIIIIIIIIIZZZZZZZZZZZ
  I´m Dating a Canadian and would like to know how if I got a good chance of getting Permanent Residence???
we are Not Married yet... (Still too young for that...lol..) but he wants me to go live with him in Toronto.. is there too much paper work involved??? Will it be Complicated??

I heard it´s Easier when you Married a Canadian But, I Don´t wanna use my Marriage to Alex(that´s his name) for such things.. Advice please..

not even an option. Married or common law for a year is the minimum requirement for him to sponsor you. It takes a good year for an outland application.

To add to what Sharon posted... "Common law" for immigration purposes means that you have lived together for a minimum of one full year (and can prove it).

Outland can sometimes take as little as 4 months to be completed (depending on which visa office your office is processed by). But it can also take a lot longer 2+ years.
