| Subject: Re-entry to Canada |

Hello,
I am From India.My work permit expires on October 5th,2011.I am planning to go for vaccation on 15th August,2011 and come back to Canada on the 7th of September,2011.
I would be very grateful, if you could please let me know if I would be able to Re-enter CANADA just two months before the expiry of the work permit with the letter from the employer.

Technically you can attempt to enter Canada as long as all your travel documents are valid.
You still have to prove that you are going to leave Canada at the end your permit. It is up to you to prove it upon inspection.
Only PR and Canadian citizens HAVE the right to enter Canada, everyone else is subject to the decision of the CBSA officer at the point of entry.
