I have my visa papers. i got the canada immigration. I want to know is it necessary to land in manitoba if i have manitoba written in documents recieved. since i have filled manitoba in province choice.

Nope, you can land anywhere you want but Quebec.

What happens if someone lands in Sask or Manitoba under PNP Entrepreneurship program but leave the province within few weeks for other province (Ontario) without meeting the conditions of performance agreement i.e to start a business within 2 years of landing?
