I applied for PR in Nov-2004, and until today I haven´t received AOR yet. I changed my mailing address. How do I notify the immiigration officer about my change of address.

don´t worry, I submit in Nov 2004 too, haven´t got yet, actually Oct people also didn´t get neither.
What you should do is fax or write a mail, no online-service please.

ouch. send them a fax plus a letter. best bet is to get a redirect on your old address until you are certain that CIC has picked up your change. Make friends with the new occupants so they do not toss any mail (like your AOR)
Hopefully you can avoid the crossing of paths. We got caught in this situation and it was a disaster.
