| Subject: ARC aplication timeline process- CHC London |

As per the subject, what are the waiting times for a response on an ARC at the CHC in London?
Sent the payment as requested on October as part of my PR application that I started in Feb. 2010, since then I haven´t heard anything at all.
Is anyone familiar with the timelines for the process?

Your application is taking too long as you thought. What type of application did you submit and what was the reason giving that warrants an ARC?
Certain types of applications can increase delays.

Thank you Roy, I appreciate you are taking the time to reply.
Is a Quebec Selected application, done Medicals, paid all fees and we received the request to pay the ARC fee back in October 2010.
Our refugee case in Canada was rejected and we left at the begginning of 2006, that´s the reason of needing the ARC.

The only issue they care rteally about is did you do anything to prevent or seriously delay your removal. For example go underground at the last minute or fake an illness etc.

None of that Roy, left when we were asked to, complied with them, paid for our flights so no red flags.
Will have to wait and hope for the best I guess...

Thanks Roy, hopefully.
Is it advisable to send a case enquiry at this stage or should I just wait for their reply. By now,our medicals and Police certificates are already expired.

Defiantely have your Counsel send it to the special e-mail addresses that CIC provide to each counsel and not the general public.
