Hi. My refugee claimant was not approved. I filed an appeal to the federal court to apply for Humanitarian and compassionate application. My question is how much time can i buy with the appeal to the federal court for my Humanitarian and compassionate application?

An H&C application will NOT prevent your removal from Canada.
You are not buying anything. You should leave the country, submit an application from outside of Canada with an ARC.

So after i file H & C and leave canada. I can apply for ARC to check on my H & C appplication? Because the H & C application looks like it needs to be updated after some time. Please help me with this..

One files an H&C and departs Canada and no longer resides in Canada - CIC staff will see that he/she has left the country so (YOU CLAIM) they are going to take their time to render a decision??? A decision on an application for Landing from within Canada when the applicant is no longer in Canada!!!!
I get it **** CIC are going to hunt him down in back woods country Booga Booga land where they have no street address so they can waste taxpayers money to inform him he did not have sufficent H&C factors.
Before you answer a question try reading the question!!!
Charles thinks that an H&C application for Landing is conected to an ARC Autnorization to Return application.
Charles H&C is for Landing from within the country based on compassionate factors.
An ARC is filed at your visa post after you have submitted an application fro Landing from outside of Canada based on FSW, WP, Spousal Sponsorship etc.
If your one of the top three most luckiest and deserving people in the world who is found by CIC after being deported to your country only after CIC goes positive on your H&C application after you have left you will not require an ARC to return.

"If you submit an application and you are under a removal order, you will have to leave on the specified removal date. We will continue to process your application and we will notify you of the decision on your application in writing."
Will they continue to process it after the applicant is removed?
