there is no such thing as ´exact time´. Every embassy is different, various times of year make it different, individual circumstances make it different.
The best you can do is refer to CIC processing times on their website for an average. add 50% to save anxiety.

Dear Friends,
I from Pakistan I send my PP copies to LONDON office for PHEP Processing but now I want to send one Fax message or an email to the office because there is no call for Visa stamping even after 45 days have passed after PP copies sent to them. Should I do this or wait more?
plz share your experience i´m worried about it

wait and relax. Nothing you can change and nothing you can do to make it faster. All they will say is it is still in process and that will not change one thing about how you feel.

Need to know after submitting Passport copies at PHEP step 1 (in reply to: PHEP processing time limet)
Hi Zari thanks for your concern I just wanna know the same thing I am also facing that I send all color copies of passport of my family as a step1 according to their instructions and with in 6 weeks they would ask for step 2 but already 5 weeks gone no respond just i received one parcel that was my all original documents.so what was your experienced how long more did you get your permanent visa as a step 2..Please advise or advise anyone what to do next or I will also have to wait..Take Care
