Subject: Reference Letters
  Hi
I have reference leeters for my current emplyoer, but I don´t have reference letters from previous employer who is from USA and other two employers from India.
Is that going to be a problem If i don´t put reference letters for my previous employers or is there anyway that I can manage?? please throw some valuable comments.

Thanks.

Do you have your employement or job offer letter from your previous Indian employers? If yes, then it´s good enough. I gave the same to CIC and they accepted.

Do you consider your Indian experience for 67 points? Then you need to submit reference letter

I have submitted reference letter for 5 years even though my total experience is 8 years. But I included all my experience in the application form.
You should be able to get maximum 21 points for 4 years of experience, if you can provide the reference letter for 4 years...

Hope this helps.

If I am not wrong then the CIC is looking for employment letters.

If you cannot provide the required letters or employment... you can possibly submit a cover letter along with the past work-contracts and they may be substituted for actual letters.

Cheers,
