I saw it , I just can´t remeber where was that.
I am telling you my personal experience. I got my application package, everything return in Oct 2004. They only used regular mail, which took about 10business days just from New York states to British Columbia.
Therefore, do you expect they will send you a letter in registered mail or something espcial?

If you are submitting a file to CIC Mississauga then you can only use mail, as there is no address. Courier companies do not deliver on postal code, you don´t have any option. You may use express post.

If you are submitting you file to Canadian Embassy then you can use whatever service you like.

Thanks

please can someone help me about validating a job employment in Ottawa Canada. Is there a Hotel Omni in Montreal Canada? if do so, can I have the real management names?

Is there really a person named Mr. John Brown from CIC?

Thanks!
