| Subject: TIME LIMIT FOR PRRA APPLICATION? |

I applied for the PRRA back in January 7, 2011, I´m waiting for an answer since then. I´m from Colombia and the first time I was rejected was a year ago. I would like to know how long time I have to wait and if there is any other application that I could submit at this time, this time the waiting time has being very hard specially because the others two answers that I received took only two months and for this one is being five months.
My boss is willing to help me to stay but we do not know how; we consulted a lawyer but he said there is nothing we can do.
If anybody knows a way my boss can help me please let me know. Thank you .

Hi maria, i am in the same process with you. I filled in my PRRA in December and H&C in september of 2010. None is actually out. My Humanitarian application was forwarded to Vancouver this year January. PRRA is very hard to win, but with enough evidence and prayer; one can win it.My own case is very hard and i have provided them with enough documents and death certificate and medical doctors of my younger brother that was killed recently. If you have a good case in PRRA, sure you can win one. Don´t let anyone tell you that you can´t win a case.I won my refugee appeal case despite the 2% nation wide success. The sad thing is that, not even the cic agent can tell where my PRRA is lying right now. I applied through Etobicoke office, but from April 1st, all existing PRRA and H&C had been forwarded to Vancouver. Anytime i call them, i hear different story. i cut it short, they ask me to be sending my update to both Etobicoke and Vancouver. Can you believe it?. I fax Vancouver recently to authenticate if my PRRA is with them. For days now,no reply.lolz. Why don´t you fill in H&C cus i heard is more faster now.

Hi there, the true is that waiting is not easy, but at least I´m safe for now. I asked a lawyer and she said that I don´t have enough time to fill a HC so I didn´t. I wont said that I´m out till they said so, my faith is very strong and at least I´m saving money for my near future. I hope to stay but I´m waiting for God´s will so I will take whatever comes. Hope you the best!!!!

Hi I had appointment with CASA Last June 2014 since that I am Waiting for My PRRA application. But I didn´t get anything from CBSA. DO YOU KNOW THAT HOW LONG IT´S TAKE TIME TO GET PRRA APPLICATION?

Hallow sir I applied on humanitarian compensation ground on November 2014. But I didn´t get PRRA application yet. Is that right I applied Humanitarian compensation ground before PRRA?

I applied Humanitarian compensation ground last November now I checked my application status its says Decision made. But I didn´t get any latter from them. Do you have any idea how long take to get latter from immigration office.

Hi sir I applied my Prra and humanitarian application December 2014.I am single mother I have one Canadian child. She is nine months old how many chances to win my case I am to much worried . How much time take my application now.
