Client leaves one relationship for another. Ex-Partner gets furious and wants revenge so calls the Police and claims client assaulted them. CBSA delays removal. Marriage takes place.
Than ex-partner fails to show up in court worried about perjury allegation.
The day after being found NOT GUILTY!!!!
CBSA is trying to shove client on a plane. Threatens new spouse with issuing an arrest warrant. When I call I have never heard such a gentlemanly Officer ever!
Aggression has to stop! Especially when the client wants to leave and apply for an ARC1
