My Brother married and was sponsored by Canadian girl.but she withdraw the case after few month.His marriage end up and he never came to canada.Now he is planning again to marry in Canada.Does his old marriage(sponsorship) effect his new sponsorship case?

yes, they will look very closely if marriage #2 is being used as a second try to get into Canada.
