I have landed in March 2010 and in April 2010 after I get my PR card I went to my native country,now I need one more year to finish all my work, I want to know is it ok to land finally with my family in the month of August 2012 to Canada which is after 2years and 4 months.please advice.

I have a same problem my p.r experied in sep2012 -and i got p,r in 2007 , since that my total stayed in canda 254 days .. my wife stay 165 days and my son´s stay is 66 days their p.r experied in oct;2012 , if now we want enter in canada to get stay renew and citizen ship,,..are we eligible for port entry? when we back we didn´t stop CCTB. so Revenew dept carry our 7000 $ to be owe to govt. with panelty.. Can we go in form to negiotiate this huge amt?
