With the new policy for canada immigration inforce wef 01-07-2011 ,will cic issue visas to all 2004 applied applicants from new delhi or it will devide the quota among pre and post 2008 backloggers. in principle cic should issue all the quota to pre feb applicants as post 2008 applicants also do not fall in the latest occupation list, with few exceptions.can any one suggest whether july 2004 applicants get medicals in this year as those will complete 91 months in dec 2011.

Minster Kenney is realy discriminating against pre feb 2008 applicants by prioritising new ones. He should think more than million times befofe taking a decsion which is inhuman and against the principles of justice. Had he happened to be in our situation, then he only can know the reality. We only prey to God that at least put him in such a situation that he finds that he is being discriminated.

every pre-2008 applicant has the opportunity to withdraw their application and apply under the new rules and categories. That would get you 1 year processing time. If you no longer qualify, I guess your only option is to remain in line and hope you will eventually get your turn.
How is that discriminating. Canada is allowing people to remain in line that no longer qualify - would you prefer to have your application rejected outright?

Dear after all there is some limit of patience in every one individual. i have been waiting for 76 months where as the website shows it 68 months. why cic is not giving true timelines when it cant met it. at least it should give true time lines so that every one can set their house accordingly. I think you are right that cic will reject it outrightly as you people want the same so that you bad consultants can ruin gullible people and grab money again and again.I have faced such situation but now happy that I have removed that thief agency from my case file.

wait times are historical - not projecting forward and they are an average. Depending on the individual file, things can take longer or they can be quicker.
I truly appreciate your frustration. Not sure there is a solution. I think you would be very angry if Canada accepted your application, allowed you to come so you could discover there is absolutely no work for you? It is better to make you wait - don´t you think?
CIC does not require you to obtain assistance with your application- that is the choice of the applicant so do not be tempted to blame Canada for greedy consultants.

SIR, i AM QUITE SURE , i WILL BE BE SUCCESFUL IN GETTING A GOOD JOB MATCHING MY PROFILE WHEN i REACH THERE. GOD ,LUCK AND HARD WORK HAS ALWAYS ON MY SIDE TILL NOW.
