Hello,
My wife and me (I am Canadian, a sponsor) received invoice ($490) to pay for application fee.
We applied for hers PR in February(In Mississauga).
Does this mean anything? Is application Okay?
What do you think how much longer would we have to wait?

no your application is not OK - it was missing a cheque for $490
